ALABAMA HOME RENOVATION

Situated in Sun City, this home required a complete overhaul, involving the installation of new flooring, repainting throughout, and new kitchen cabinets among other things. The floor plan was outdated, with the laundry area located outside, and only one and a half bathrooms. As a designer, this posed a challenge, as modern-day homes are typically expected to have two or more bathrooms. However, I managed to modify the floor plan by bringing the laundry area inside the house, and converting the half bathroom into a full bathroom, thus adding more value to the property.
